Venez participer à un entraînement bénéfique pour votre santé où vous apprendrez à assimiler les mouvements importants du quotidien : bouger, se déplacer, se baisser, s’étirer, travail postural pour pouvoir porter correctement des charges légères (un pack d’eau par exemple).
Vous mobiliserez et travaillerez sur toutes les parties de votre corps à l’aide d’un matériel fonctionnel avec des charges très légères.
Toutes les séances de CrossFit Seniors sont adaptés. Dans nos cours chez Ter intensity, tous les niveaux (débutants, confirmés, expérimentés) sont évidemment les bienvenus !
